SHOWREEL 2022 - TCS Academy 3D DMP | Environment for VFX Course
This is the Showreel of the 8 week course that I attended at the Technicolor Creative Studios Academy.
During this course first of all I learned how to work in a big company as Technicolor, with the tools and organization that are the standards in this companies. I learned also to better manage my time and my resources.
During this course I acquired different new skills:
- Non destructive photoshop workflow with adjustment layers,
- Advanced masking and edge refinement techniques,
- Cleaning plate and how to put some patches to the original plate (rust,dirt,grunge),
- Camera Projection and how to move in the 3D space of Nuke,
- Basic Nuke skills as the Shuffle node to manage the AOV and Rotopainting node.
- Setup of a layout for a shot and how to scatter some little props with the MASH tool.
- Basic Render Skills with the render engine Renderman.
I have also refined some skills:
- Modeling for production with the right measure system and with the right polycount,
- Unwrapping the UV with UDIM system
- Create a turntable for a good LookDev with different HDRI.
